Recently visited site in Lp Jalan Ambang make good of site condition & ready for handover. Raining during the daytime can indeed pose challenges for construction and soil compaction on a construction site. It can make the soil wet and muddy, making it difficult to compact properly. It can also affect the quality of work and slow down construction progress. 𝗪𝗶𝗻𝗞𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 | 𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗢𝗰𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗟𝗮𝗻𝗱 🌊 In the latter half of 2020, Zuo, an electrical engineer on ships, transitioned to a land-based career due to the worsening global pandemic. Joining WinKong, despite the differences in his previous ship maintenance work and the company's repair tasks, Zuo quickly adapted through self-learning and colleague assistance. During a construction trip to Zhoushan, a colleague fell ill, prompting immediate medical attention. Zuo took charge of caring for the colleague while coordinating with others to support the construction. "Over the years, WinKong has taken care of our basic needs, creating a supportive and warm family atmosphere." In mid-2022, facing the pandemic's impact and team shortages, Zuo and his apprentice persevered in Shanhaiguan, repairing cargo ships and resolving technical challenges. Once, a "Ballast depth" project puzzled them. Due to the severe pandemic situation, third-party guidance was unavailable. They urgently contacted various support departments, collectively researching and devising a repair plan. The ship's equipment system was an "antique XP system," so they went ashore to rent suitable "antique computers" to adapt to the system. When the required wires didn't match, they prepared the wires themselves following the manufacturer's drawings. Through their meticulous research, various difficulties were resolved one by one, and the project was successfully completed.
