Even when WE (Steven Winter Associates) aren’t presenting, we are “presented”. The ever incredible Paul Ormond presenting at the Boston Society for Architecture’s Wagdy Anis (Building Enclosure) Symposium how the efforts we make as building performance implementers can have game-changing effects to grid modification (a point I have made in other arenas tackling the “costs of grid modernization” discussion—the costs are dispersed with better performance in buildings).

“You can really dramatically reduce the amount of carbon in a building by changing the way that it’s designed" Shoshanna Saxe on how big a role design plays in reducing the carbon footprint of our built environment.
