How do you start your Monday team meetings? For me, it’s more than just diving into work tasks or weekly deliverables. I believe it's crucial to first check in with your team—find out how their weekend went, what they did offline, and take a genuine interest in their lives outside of work. It’s not about asking for the sake of it. It’s about actually caring and fostering a culture where people feel seen and valued beyond their roles. After all, your team is your greatest asset. When you truly understand and support the individuals behind the work, everything else falls into place. Start your week by building connections, not just checking off tasks. How do you connect with your team?

After a few days in San Diego, my team and I found ourselves stuck at the San Diego airport due to fog. It wasn’t the ideal situation, but it turned into a reminder of why I’m so proud to work with this group of people. Instead of frustration, there was laughter. Instead of silence, there was collaboration (and maybe a little strategizing for 2025 😉). We shared stories, brainstormed ideas, and even managed to turn a few heads with how much fun we were having in what could’ve been a stressful situation. Moments like these remind me that work isn’t just about the deals closed or the quotas hit—it’s about the people. It’s about the camaraderie, the shared goals, and the ability to find joy even when the path isn’t smooth. Being stuck in an airport isn’t anyone’s idea of a great time, but being stuck with this team? I’ll take it. Here’s to turning every challenge into an opportunity—and always having each other’s backs, no matter where we are. Candace Chadwick Meaghan O'Brien Kirk Hogan Michael Caggiano Richard Stack

I’m a big believer in the importance of team building and getting out of the office to connect. After all, the team you work with is who you spend the majority of your time with. Recently, we had an awesome golf outing, and it reminded me just how important these kinds of activities are for our team’s bond and overall company success. Here’s why getting out of the office or doing some sort of team-building activities is important: 🟢Better Collaboration: It encourages open communication and stronger teamwork. 🟢Boosted Morale: A fun day out can really lift team spirit and job satisfaction. 🟢Stronger Connections: Building personal relationships helps create a supportive work environment. 🟢New Ideas: Fresh experiences can spark creativity, even out on the golf course. No matter what industry you're in, this is so important. All of these things aside, I always love the time I get to spend with the TC team. We have an exceptional group of people who are not just coworkers but friends.

How do you stay connected with your team? Do you have regular one-on-ones or team meetings? Are they weekly, monthly, or annual check-ins? Do you ask questions about what projects they're most proud of, what challenges they're facing, or how they want to stretch themselves? How do you support their growth and development for their next big adventure? A thriving team needs opportunities, trust, an attentive ear, and sometimes a little nudge to tackle those tough challenges. For me, I love taking my team to our favorite local coffee shop—it’s our safe space to grow, laugh, brainstorm, and, of course, plan our next big adventure (fueled by amazing coffee, naturally). ☕️📈💥 What are your go-to strategies for keeping your team motivated and connected? I'd love to hear your tips!

On the 11th day of Christmas, my Imagine If team sent to me... some good advice for working in a team! 🎁 Here is some great advice from Caja: Start your team meetings by celebrating all the good things happening around you. It could be students who have put a smile on your face, a colleague who has done you a special favor, or a parent who has acknowledged your work. In a busy day-to-day life, we sometimes forget to pause and internalize the positive experiences. When we share them with others, we help create a culture that highlights the positive, making it easier to tackle challenges. Remember also to celebrate when you’ve completed a great project, both with your students and within your team. Want to learn more? Check out www.imagineif.dk or info@imagineif.dk 🎄

Behind the Fun: Our Offsite Team Meetings! 🎯 While we often share the fun side of our offsites, there's also some serious magic happening between all those safari rides and dinner parties! One tradition we absolutely love is our in-person team meetings. Unlike our regular online catchups, these offsite discussions come with no fixed agenda and no time limits. It's just the team, getting together to dream bigger and plan better! Here's what makes these meetings special: 🎉 We celebrate our wins by analyzing what went well last quarter. 📋 We discuss our next quarter's goals. 🌟 Everyone gets a chance to share their personal aspirations. 💪 We receive valuable professional guidance from both Ankur and our team. These meetings truly remind us how fortunate we are to work alongside such smart and ambitious individuals. The energy in the room when we're all together? Absolutely unmatched! ⚡
