Performance and Recovery - Certified Elite Coach | BWF Certified Level 1 Coach | BWF Shuttle Time Certified Teacher | BWF Certified National Administrator | Twenty (24) Years of Holistic Coaching and Teaching Badminton |
A young badminton player might focus on exercises like lunges and shuttle runs to build leg strength and improve agility on the court. This helps them move quickly and maintain their balance during matches, which is essential for chasing fast shuttles or making quick direction changes during rallies. If you’re learning badminton, a certified coach knows how to break down complex shots like the overhead smash into simple steps. This ensures the athlete is using the correct form, which not only makes them more powerful but also reduces the chance of injury. Sports parents, badminton students or clients looking for high-performance badminton services can better understand the value of certified coaching and strength training programs for their young athletes, ensuring they’re getting the best support for their development. #badminton #BadmintonNews #HighPerformance #BetterPrograms #PerformanceRecovery #TrainingPrograms #Collaborate #BadmintonProfessionals

From the Chief Marketing Officer’s Desk.. Smashing Barriers : Lessons from Badminton Court Winning our local badminton club's tournament was thrilling, but the journey taught me invaluable lessons. My partner, Harsh, and I faced many adversities, but the toughest was when Harsh had to play despite feeling a little unwell. We gave him fluids to replenish and yet he was not closer to his best. Down 8 points in second match and having already lost one, I had to motivate him, for every point we won, I started shouting and egging him, took more responsibility of that particular game, and we won it eventually 21-18. Harsh started feeling good by now, and we then went on to win all our matches, including the finals. It’s Incredible what confidence and momentum can do. we felt an overwhelming sense of pride and accomplishment when we got the coveted trophy. The court taught me a few things, how it’s important to communicate effectively when under pressure, adapt to challenging situations, and Collaborate to win This experience showed me leadership is not about titles, but growing as a person. Our victory was more than just a win personally for me. #Helmier #LeadershipLessons #BadmintonJourney #WinningMindset #Teamwork #OvercomingAdversity #Inspiration #Sportsmanship #CommunicationSkills #GrowthMindset #Adaptability #SuccessStory #WinningTogether #ConfidenceBoost #ChampionMindset

Ever wonder how a simple badminton tournament can reveal profound life lessons? Last week, I participated in a badminton tournament and was thrilled to win the match. This experience reminded me of how a simple game can teach us many valuable lessons in one go: Focus and Concentration: Each shot required complete attention, just like how we need to stay focused on our goals in life. Perseverance: Not every rally went my way, but persistence and continuous effort led to success. Adaptability: The game's pace and strategy kept changing, teaching me to be flexible and adapt to new situations. Teamwork and Sportsmanship: Even in a competitive environment, respecting and supporting others made the experience enriching and rewarding. Winning the match was a great achievement, but the real victory was in the lessons learned. Let’s take these lessons from the court and implement them in our real lives. Every challenge and every victory is a step towards growth. 🏸 #LifeLessons #Sports #PersonalGrowth #Badminton #Achievement

🏸 Back on the badminton court today after 10 years! Remembering my old days, when I used to represent my school in many badminton competitions and even got the chance to represent my district in the state-level badminton championship.🏆 🤔 What can we learn from badminton? Badminton, like many other sports, offers valuable lessons that can be applied beyond the court. Here are some key takeaways: 👍 Importance of Basics: Mastering the fundamentals is crucial in badminton, whether it's grip, footwork, or strokes. Similarly, in life, having a strong foundation in core skills is essential for building on them and achieving success. 🏃 Strengths and Weaknesses : Badminton requires understanding your own strengths and weaknesses to adapt your strategy. This translates well to life - by recognizing your areas of expertise and limitations, you can approach challenges strategically and seek help when needed. 😇 Mind over Muscle: While physical strength can be an asset, badminton is more about agility, strategy, and deception. Likewise, in life's situations, brute force isn't always the answer. Thinking critically and creatively can often lead to better solutions. 🧐 Adaptability and Resilience: A good badminton player can adjust their shots and tactics based on their opponent's moves. In life, unexpected situations arise. Learning to be adaptable and bounce back from setbacks is a valuable skill. So, the next time you pick up a badminton racket, remember that you're not just exercising your body, you're also developing valuable skills for life! #thoughts #charteredaccountant #sports #learning #motivation #castudents #icai #professional Badminton World Federation Sports Authority of India

I loved playing badminton when I was a kid. Though I haven’t played for ages, I still follow the news, especially significant matches like the Olympics. 🏸 Here are my thoughts after enjoying the recent exciting and breathtaking matches: 1️⃣ Never quit - Despite trailing by 4 match points, the Malaysian doubles team managed to stay calm, come back strongly, and win the bronze medal match. 🥉 2️⃣ Nothing is impossible - Top seeds can be defeated like David and Goliath. Never underestimate yourself; you can create miracles. 🌟 3️⃣ The power of a coach - Coaches play an important role in providing guidance on blind spots and encouragement during breaks. Positive reinforcement is crucial, as nothing beats an encouraging word to keep going! 💪👟 4️⃣ Frenemy - We compete fiercely on the court, but we are friends off the court. This is similar to coopetition in business, where we compete in certain areas but collaborate in others to yield optimal outcomes for the industry. 🤝🏅 5️⃣ Talent and hard work - One minute on stage takes ten years of practice off stage. ⏳🎯 Do you watch the Olympics? What are your biggest takeaways and insights? Share in the comments below! 🗣️🏆 #BadmintonLove #OlympicSpirit #NeverQuit #ImpossibleIsNothing #PowerOfCoaching #Frenemy #TalentAndHardWork

What is the Best advice your father has given you - 1 I was in 10th and was a good Badminton and Table tennis player. I was selected for the school Badminton team, but lost the last game narrowly and was not selected in the TT team. Someone advised me to ask my father to approach the sports teacher and recommend me for the team. My father never liked recommendations. When everyone in the family pressurised him as everyone else was doing it, he reluctantly agreed but asked me a question . Why do you require my recommendation ? I play as good as the player selected. It was a bad day that I lost that last match. Why you do not require recommendation for the Badminton team ? I am the good player. I am the backbone of the team. Why will I require any recommendation. This means that you require recommendation because you are on the borderline. You require a push inside. I will not do that. Never be on the border line. Work hard and be on the top. Secondly do not try to get everything, work on your strengths, be competitive there, enjoy the rest. That year our Badminton team won the district championship. Further on I was part of many Badminton teams. Enjoying TT since then. #father #advice #recommendation #boundaryline #top #badminton #tabletennis #team
