Interesting case, seems like a shortcoming of PFA was compensated for by PVI employing automatic complex signal detection.
Re-PVI after PFA (pulsed-field ablation) for AF guided by CARTO3 V8. Automatic complex signal identification recognized remaining PV potentials in to the LSPV. However, local velocity vectors aided the gap visualization at the carina between the LSPV and LIPV.
