Hey everybody, we are here at SIM 2024 and I have the really wonderful privilege of meeting with Doctor Nina Kotler. How are you? Good to see you again. Yes, one of the things that is so amazing I, I listened to one of your talks a few months back and I was mesmerized by your take on AI. And there is so much happening here at SIM, so many AI vendors, so many people trying to add value to the ecosystem. And at Rad Partners, you run AI at scale and you have a lot of perspectives on what adds value. Where should we focus? And I'm sort of curious, what is your take on everything you see and and where is the value creation for from your point of view? There's a few points of view when you talk about value. So value in a very simplistic form is quality over cost and you could manage that in different ways. I'll tell you the biggest call to action right now that we have in healthcare outstrips all of that. And that is the fact that we do not have enough radiologists in the system to read all of the studies of sheer capacity constraint, massive capacity, volume mismatch, OK. And what happens when you've got this big problem and turn around? Time start increasing and increasing, increasing then other people try to solve your problems. They say, well, why don't I give AI to the ER and maybe the ER docs will just do the AI for me or they'll do your radiology reads. And I suggest that that will decrease the quality of care, which will decrease ultimate value. And we want to add value back into the system, right? We need to add value, we need to do it at a cheaper cost. So we have to be able to solve that problem and a lot of the AI out there is not doing it. It's looking at. Imaging Yep and trying to help us detect things but our visual cortex back here in the back of our brain is pretty good pretty good so your ROI is maybe 20% but your ROI on a workflow that ROI is more like 90% wow so if we could do that will massively change efficiency wow that is one of the best 92nd summaries I've heard of the Business School case study for how I should be thought about inside of Iraq practice and by the way how we bring. Quality up for American healthcare. Absolutely. It was such a pleasure. Thank you for taking time.
