With this in mind, I am proud to have renewed my Certified Association Executive (CAE) certification, reaffirming my commitment to continued growth and service in nonprofit and association management. How do you celebrate wins at the start of the school year? Remembering our successes from last year lays a good foundation for the new school year! Celebrating wins is more than just acknowledging success; it’s about fostering a positive environment and motivating staff and students. Remember that no matter how small, a win is a win. How do you celebrate wins for teachers? This could be your way of showing appreciation for the hard work and dedication of your team. How are teachers celebrating wins for students? Recognizing achievements definitely helps in building confidence and gives a sense of accomplishment for students (and teachers too!) Specially now that schools begin again, it would be great to start off the year with positive motivation and celebrations. #celebratewins #schoolleadership
