Having peace does not mean that there is not chaos but that you can find calm within it. Sometimes it requires you to change. 🫁 Change your breath Try box breathing - Inhale through your nose for 4 seconds - Hold at the top for 4 seconds - Exhale through your mouth for 4 seconds - Hold at the bottom for 4 seconds 🧠 Change your thoughts Go into Observer Mode - Step outside of the scene with your mind - Look at the characters and their backstories - Witness the roles being played and the narratives being told - Keep the shared desired outcome in mind 🤸♀️ Change your actions Take Aligned Action - Identify how you are contributing to thr chaos (maybe it is your action or inaction) - Consider different ways of doing things, even if they challenge you - Do one small thing in the direction of the shared desired outcome, even against your ego's complaints 🌅 Change the environment Shift your physical presence - Go outside to let nature refuel you - People watch at a local park to - Drive 5 hours to watch the sunrise over the ocean - Go work in a diner and soak in the white noise of old men talking about their power tools You CAN have peace if you're willing to change.
