Servicenow Architect 1 Columbus, OH – Hybrid 12+ Months Two days in office (Monday and Thursday) 3 days remote Skills Required ·        Experience in Service Now design, architecture, development, and configuration ·         Experience working in an Agile software development environment ·        Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, information technology or a related field ·         Service Now certifications ·        In-depth hands-on experience with configuration, including understanding its modules, work flows and configuration settings. ·         Experience with NOW Assist ·        Experience with Service Now ITSM, CRM and HRM suite of applications ·         Experience working in an Agile software development environment ·        ServiceNow Expertise: A deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including its architecture, capabilities, and modules.
