Quality Analyst (Selenium) Location: Columbus, OH Contract :12+ months Duration Must be located in OHIO, no relocation accepted Experience Required ·        4 year college degree in computer information systems or equivalent technical study ·        6+ years of QA testing experience with industry standard quality assurance methodologies, verification and validation processes ·        3+ years of business process analysis ·        Hands-on experience with test automation development in industry test automation framework (Selenium preferred) ·        Hands-on experience in test automation design and development involving GUI, API and back-end database verification ·        Experience with Continuous Integration testing tools ·        Experience with automated mobile testing utilizing cloud-based solutions ·        Competency in Microsoft applications including Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Experience · Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills · Exceptional skills in automated testing · Experience mentoring QA Analysts · Demonstrated ability to communicate difficult concepts to non-technical users · Demonstrated fluency in business processes · Ability to analyze and synthesize business requirements · Experience with process mapping · Excellent documentation skills · Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations · Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills · Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
