Your Perception is Skewed What’s the difference between a space at $20 per SF and one that is $200 per SF? Location? Quality? Type? It really comes down to perception of the space. Each of us perceives the value of a property in a different way. A lot of that perception is based on the stories we’re told. And, more importantly, the stories we tell ourselves. It is our perception dictating price. When we see something at an elevated price we tend to perceive it as higher quality. That more attention to detail was given. That it provides greater benefits. Adding brand strategy, story and identity to spaces gives them higher perceived value.
