Last night, I had the pleasure of attending a great event hosted by The WICT Network: New York at Charter Communications in Stamford, CT. The weather was on our side, setting the perfect backdrop for an inspiring evening. Michelle Powell shared a touching story about how her leadership and mentorship empowered her team to thrive as she needed to focus on supporting her son through a medical diagnosis.
