O'Fallon building boom! We're proud to lead St. Charles County in single-family permits with 286 #homes in 2023! While there were fewer permits issued for new #commercialbuilding projects in #stcharlescounty, the projects that were approved had a higher scope and cost, indicating potentially larger and more impactful developments in the commercial sector in 2023.
