Get back to track. A meeting twenty years later is not just an occasion for memories, but an opportunity to once again feel the energy and drive that accompanied the creation of one of the most ambitious projects in Eastern Europe. Back then, Richard, his team, and I faced a task that demanded not only professionalism but also courage: to create the commercial vision for a new landmark, select a unique concept, choose the right architect, and bring that vision to life. At the time, everything seemed both vast and new—each step felt like venturing into uncharted territory. But now, looking back, we see that experience not as a challenge, but as a unique moment when we weren’t just working; we were shaping the future of the real estate market. And now, years later, the thought arises: why not try again? Perhaps a new project could be just as ambitious and leave an equally lasting impact. With the experience we’ve gained, which only a handful of people possess, we are even better equipped to face new challenges.
