What will be covered on the second day of the leading sites cohort 3 workshop in Tucson, Arizona? John Ryan, Controller & Auditor General New Zealand, spoke about how the OAG has established three governance groups to address quality, technology, and people. These groups help to foster conversations on good governance outside of day to day management meetings, and has resulted in development of better strategies and methods to improve the governance at the OAG. 3rd Virginia Emergency Management Association Symposium in the books. Completely different outlook this year as an IHE EM, but also from the perspective of having served on Symposium Planning Committee.
