Insights from the KISEB 4th Certificate Award Ceremony Dear Colleagues, I was privileged to attend the KISEB's 4th Certificate Award Ceremony at the Bomas of Kenya today, where 203 candidates were awarded full certification in CPSP-K and 581 candidates received partial qualifications. The event was not only a celebration of these achievements but also a profound learning experience for all attendees. My key takeaways from the event were: 1. Adopt an Inward Perspective: Strive for excellence in every project, ensuring the highest standards in our work. 2. Adopt an Outward Perspective: Engage actively and create a positive impact in our communities and industries. 3. Adopt an Upward Perspective: Uphold ethical practices in all our professional endeavors. 4. Face Challenges with Courage: Approach supply chain challenges with determination, knowing that solutions are achievable as they have been before. 5. Embrace the Right Attitude: Embody selflessness, agility, and innovation to thrive in this competitive and complex career. In addition to the inspiring messages from major industry players, the ceremony provided an invaluable opportunity to network and discuss the real issues procurement professionals face daily in our mission to serve humanity. I had the privilege of interacting with esteemed leaders such as Mr. Amos Ochieng (KISEB Board Chairman), Dr. Fred Ongisa (KISEB CEO), and Mr. Kenneth Matiba (KISM CEO), among others. These interactions were enlightening and offered fresh perspectives on sustainability and emerging trends in supply chain management. It was an incredible experience learning from peers and thought leaders in the industry. Spending the day with such great minds reinforced my passion for the supply chain profession. #ElevatingSupplyChain

But really, now is not the time to be fretting over how much you have not read, or how much more you have to read. Now is the time to solidify and master what you have read so far. Attempt more of past questions now and please start mastering how to approach questions and get good marks in the exam. Let me quickly share this. Please read a question very well and ensure you understand the requirements before you attempt any question. Please don't rush or jump at a question, no matter how simple it looks. Finally please pray along as you prepare and start rounding up your preparation. Like I would always tell my students in class, some diets are actually easier to pass compared to other diets. Throughout this journey, I've gained invaluable insights into the following areas: 1. Introduction to MEAL: Understanding the core components and benefits of a strong MEAL system. 2. Logic Models: Exploring the Theory of Change, Results Framework, and Logical Framework. 3. Building the Logframe: Developing detailed logical frameworks. 4. Planning MEAL Activities (Parts 1 & 2): Utilizing various tools for monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning. 5. Collecting MEAL Data: Implementing data collection tools and best practices. 6. Analyzing MEAL Data: Applying methods for both quantitative and qualitative data analysis. 7.
