I find being transparent and honest with those I have the privilege to serve is paramount. Providing inform consent, and maintaining a presence of curiosity with a compassionate and non-judgmental approach allows me to build rapport, develop understanding, and help people grow in the direction and pace that serves them best.
Be real, respectful, and empathetic. These three things and strategic communication have allowed me to connect deeply with so many amazing people.
Coaching space is where I lead by example - making myself radically open, vulnerable, yet accountable for my role as a coach. Creating a safe space for authentic communication is key! Active listening and showing genuine empathy are essential. It’s all about being fully present and making the other person feel heard and valued.
Sitting at a 45 degree angle from the other person (if not walking side by side), eye contact, and using non-verbal cues that I'm tracking with what they're saying. I keep hearing, "No one's listened to me like this." I love that the person feels so valued.
Giving them their own space, without invading. Listening from heart to heart; not only to their words but to their feelings and wishes. Looking not only to their eyes, but to their soul. Without judging. Letting them create a new reality, side by side.
A safe space and time to feel comfortable, allowing us to move forward at the client's own pace. Walking outdoors helps.

As a soft skills trainer and image consultant, I believe in the power of authentic communication to build strong relationships and foster personal and professional development.
