✨What a fun interview with Launche LLC! Thank you both so much for this opportunity. @launchellc ✨I absolutely love staging my listings before we start showings. That first impression is SO CRUCIAL! As the buyer pulls up to the home, & enters the front door they need to be WOWED, I can’t stress this enough! ✨Those first steps into the home are arguably the most important, it sets the tone for the entire tour. Buyers will either be impressed & welcomed, OR they will adding up expenses in their head of all the work they’d have to do. ✨ Each of my listings is a little different- sometimes I’ll use a mix of the seller’s furniture & mine, sometimes they have already moved out, (or it’s new construction) so I’ll use all my stuff, other times it’s been a mix of their decor & mine together. ✨For example, my next listing coming up- the seller left most of the furniture, but removed everything on top. This makes it easy to me to come in and dress up the space with wall art, decor pieces, rugs, plants, some accent furniture if needed. ✨I’d call that “light staging” - which can be extremely effective, & make your photos pop online.
