Some really helpful guidance here on how to effectively conduct a psychosocial risk assessment in your organisation, while avoiding survey fatigue. Thanks for sharing, Jason van Schie!
Recently, I delivered a webinar for FlourishDx on beating survey fatigue. This is one of the most common obstacles we come across for why organisations are reluctant to do a psychosocial risk assessment. But if consulting with staff on psychosocial hazards is a legal requirement in Australia, how can large organisations meet their duties without adding to the survey fatigue burden? Check out the 8 steps below for tips for large organisations on effective consultation and overcoming survey fatigue. If you want to see the webinar, where I also step through a workshop process for effective consultation, let me know in the comments. #psychosocialriskmanagement #psychhealthandsafety #iso45003 #workplacementalhealth #mentalhealth

Do you use Victim Risk Assessments in your ASB case management processes? Developed over 10 years ago, we thought it might be time for a review. ✅ Are the questions right? ✅ Is the weighting of the scoring correct? ✅ How are we completing them in practice? ✅ Does the outcome genuinely influence the actions we take? ⭐Most importantly, are they truly identifying and mitigating risk? Katy Anderson is leading a project to reflect on current assessments and work with partners to ensure they are being used consistently and effectively Want to find out more? Have observations to share? Be part of the change? Contact me or Katy. We'll also be updating on the work at our conference in October. #riskassessments #ukhousing #ASB #ASB10

📣Victim Risk Assessments - are you using them? Pleased to say I am linked into this piece of work. If you have any comments, feel free to contact Katy directly or drop me a message and I can put your comments forward 👍 …Personally I’d like to see it become an ‘impact’ assessment rather than ‘risk’ to reflect how the behaviour is affecting the victim for a greater emphasis on victim-centred responses rather that potential tick box exercises based on score 🧐
