This past week I’m grateful for… 📌Growth: I did things I had been stalling, 📌Relationships: Got to intentionally keep up with family and friends, one area that had been lagging, 📌Network: Attended a networking event and actually networked! Feels so good! 📌Connection: Connected with a lot of amazing people here and it’s so nice having people who share similar interests😊 📌LinkedIn: Showed up on LinkedIn better, 📌Accountability: Got an accountability partner for a new book🥳 📌Rest: Intentionally rested during the day. Huge win for me😮💨 📌Growth: Challenged myself a bit more and I did it! This week: We can do better, be better and get better results, The secret is in Doing it regardless❗️ ❓What are you grateful for today and what are you doing better in the new week?

Being grateful isn’t enough. True gratitude leads to a celebration of the things we are grateful for. Are you grateful for your team? Move from gratitude to celebration by… Using your LTT this week (90 min calendar block) to: 1. List out what you are grateful for as it relates to organizational and team strides made so far this year. 2. Decide how you will celebrate/commemorate those wins. Celebrating with your team comes with the territory. It can be much simpler and far more rewarding than it might appear. What do you think about the distinction between gratitude and celebration? Let me know in the comments below 👇

What are you Grateful for Today? We have high expectations for ourselves!! So when life disappoints us, as it always eventually does…🤷♀️ We can feel like we’re not good enough. This is how we get stuck in a cycle of disappointment and shame. But this isn’t a clear picture of your self-worth or potential. The truth is that your life is bursting with goodness and value, even when it doesn’t feel like it. But how do you arrive at this realization? Gratitude. Today, I’m asking you to try something new. I want you to try to be grateful for every little thing in your life. And I mean every little thing: 1. Grateful for your challenges (they shape you). 2. Grateful for your easy days (they heal you). 3. Grateful for your friends (they know the real you). 4. Grateful for your family (they love the real you). 5. Grateful for your achievements (they show you your potential). 6. Grateful for your failures (they give you resilience).

What are you grateful for? I am grateful for this season that has allowed me to slow down, even though I don't always enjoy the uncertainty and slow pace. It has given me the opportunity to dream, think, enjoy my favorite holidays, and spend much-needed time with my family. Wherever you are this week, don't miss the opportunity to slow down and be grateful for each moment to enjoy the little things this week. #selfleadership #executiveassistants #leadershipdevelopment
