🌍 Sustainability: A Core Focus of the Citeuropass Programme 🌍 Sustainability is one of the three main themes explored by students and teacher-researchers in the Citeuropass programme. As part of this journey, students work together in international groups to create innovative projects aimed at enhancing the environmental impact of current solutions. To support them in these efforts, workshops featuring serious games developed by our partner KIK help them lay a strong foundation. One of these, the Frugal Assessor game, encourages students to dive into discussions on environmental impact and sustainable development, expanding their knowledge and awareness. Lyon is much more similar to Utrecht: 550,000 inhabitants, strong ties with regional municipalities, historic city centre (UNESCO World Heritage site), many universities and research units with highly educated students, a booming economy (2nd in France) and high pressure on the housing market. 🌐 ☀️ 🌳 FAIR2Adapt-EOSC.eu is a multidisciplinary project geared towards transforming data into actionable knowledge to shape #climate adaptation strategies. It will adopt #FAIR Digital Objects (FDOs) and use #semantic bridging strategies, such as the I-ADOPT framework, and tailored FDO services to build a collaborative, user-friendly FAIR and open data sharing framework. 💡 ♻️ A significant aspect of the @FAIR2Adapt project is #stakeholder engagement and capacity-building activities, which will be instrumental in raising awareness and devising customised solutions.
