Robots, AI, and Smarter Farming – You In?
Here’s one event you don’t want to miss! The Australian Centre for Robotics and the Digital Sciences Initiative is hosting a hands-on demo of the latest farming tech.
Think advanced robots, sensors, and AI working together to tackle soil nutrients, moisture levels, pasture yield, and forage conditions. It’s next-level innovation designed to help farmers make smarter decisions and boost sustainability.

Over the past year, the Australian Centre for Robotics and Digital Sciences Initiative has been advancing sustainable farming practices by developing integrated solutions that combine robotics, precision sensing, optimisation algorithms, and AI-driven analytics. The systems are designed to capture and analyse the real-time relationships between soil macronutrients, water distribution, and crop yield. Our aim is to turn this data into practical tools that help end users make informed decisions to improve productivity and make the most of their resources.
If you’re nearby, we’d love for you to join us for a hands-on demonstration (link below). While this demo highlights smarter grazing, the technology is versatile and can be applied across various agricultural sectors.
