This morning, I had the pleasure of delivering the Keynote at the American Manufacturing Summit, and to meet and chat with stewards of the industry who are dedicated to rethinking manufacturing leadership.
I always start with my philosophy of leading BIC: we strive to honor the past so we can invent the future.
Throughout the years, we have driven agility and speed to market through technical excellence, building trust, and ensuring quality. We have innovated to meet consumer needs and established consistency, reliability, and value. We have challenged everything except the consumer!
