How accurate is your measuring device? It’s always good to check tape measures against hard rulers to see if they have stretched! Never use a cloth tape measure! Some companies prefer you to use the metal tape measures as they will never stretch out! I know it seems odd to squabble about an eighth, but depending on the garment, that could be the tolerance for bulk production! What do you use?
