New Features of the revamped E-Invoice Master Information Portal are as follows: i.PAN-Based Search: Users can check the e-invoice enablement status of entities using their Permanent Account Number (PAN). ii. Automatic E-invoice exemption List: The portal now automatically publish updated list with all GSTINs that have filed for e-invoice exemptions at the start of the month and is available for users to download. iii. Global Search Bar: A comprehensive search tab has been introduced. iv. Local Search Capabilities: Enhanced search functionality within advisory, FAQ, manual, and other sections for efficient information access. v. 🚀 🎉 NEW PRODUCT UPDATES: An Improved Tracking Experience for Customers! Our updates this week were mainly around the tracking experience customers receive from swftbox with every shipment. With a few small tweaks, we've seen an increase of 32% ⬆ in response rates from customers; this has made life much easier for our partners and even better for customers receiving their packages. Check out this week's updates below: 👌 Better Arabic Tracking Page: We launched an upgraded version of our customer tracking page in Arabic, and customers can now set their preference on the page directly. 👌 Arabic WhatsApp Notifications: We made most of our customer WhatsApp notifications bilingual which also contributed to the improved response rate. 👌 Dynamic ETAs: ETAs for deliveries now update as the route progresses to maintain a fresh ETA for customers; giving them better visibility and setting the right expectations. 👌 No WhatsApp, No Problem: We activated SMS as a backup option when a customer's phone number is not on WhatsApp; this way we can ensure that each customer receive tracking updates.
