Requirements: - Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in sales and marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. - Proven track record of driving substantial growth and success in the healthcare sector. - Demonstrated ability to secure and manage high-value deals and partnerships. - Exceptional strategic thinking, with a proven ability to develop and implement innovative market strategies. - Strong leadership capabilities, including experience in building and managing high-performing teams. - Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills, with a history of establishing influential partnerships. - A proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field from a top-tier institution. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex market data and trends. - Ability to work in a bilingual environment; proficiency in Mandarin is required.
