The Village Duck Farm In a village, there was a prosperous duck farm owned by Farmer Joe. He was well-known for trading the best ducks and the freshest eggs in the market. Among his many workers was a diligent man named Sam, who took care of the ducks with great dedication and ensured that Joe got the best deals for his ducks. 🌅 One sunny morning, while collecting eggs, Sam noticed something extraordinary. One of the ducks had laid a golden egg! Astonished and excited, Sam realized that this golden egg could be worth a fortune. However, Farmer Joe had no idea about the golden egg, and Sam saw an opportunity. He decided to keep this discovery a secret. Sam approached Farmer Joe with a proposition. He offered to buy that particular duck for a slightly higher price than usual, citing its healthy appearance and good egg production as reasons. Farmer Joe, unaware of the duck’s special ability, agreed to the deal. With the golden egg-laying duck now in his possession, Sam started collecting the golden eggs and selling them in the market. He soon became very wealthy, all while Farmer Joe continued with his regular duck farming, unaware of the treasure he had sold Front Running In this story, if we take Joe as a mutual fund unit holder and Sam as the broker, it represents a scenario where the broker (Sam) engages in unethical behavior known as front running. Whenever Sam got a buy call from the analyst department, he bought units for himself first and then for his clients. The large number of client purchases would trigger positive demand for that particular stock, increasing its price and allowing Sam to make profits. Recently, Quant Mutual Fund has been alleged of front running, and SEBI is probing the matter. Let's see where it goes. I have tried to put it in a interesting way so that you don't get bored and remember it forever If you enjoyed consider liking and add your views in the comments section correct me if I am wrong so that even I'll learn .let's keep learning have a nice day #finance #india

What Egg Business Has Taught Me... Starting up was exciting but I was kind of nervous, I stepped in notwithstanding 😁. I started my egg business when egg was sold for 3,500 Naira a crate, now it's 5,000 Naira a crate from the farm; for real the time frame isn't long at all. In between times, I went to different Poultry farms in search of big-sized eggs, but due to poor mobility and far distance, I noticed I wasn't making profit 😑, then I decided to connect with someone who has good means of transportation and larger capital to purchase larger number of crates, then boom💥, my frown changed to laughter 😁, I've been able to walk 🚶♂️ head-up despite the inconsistency in price ,cause I can buy the number of crates I want with lesser cost of transportation, obviously now I'm doing business 😁... What has this story taught you? #Feedthenations #AgribusinesseExpert #SustainableAgriculture #100daysshowupwithzuria

For a cow owner, four major drivers determine what is "fair" in terms of a cash lease or percentage of the calf crop the cow owner should receive. Those factors are: -Average cow herd value -Cow value leaving the herd or weigh-up price -Replacement rate -Expected rate of return (interest rate) on cow value For more about how to figure a fair cash lease or share agreement read the rest of the article here: https://lnkd.in/gpjcve9F
