RGRE is delighted to announce the appointment of Aidan Gavin as Chief Investment Officer. Aidan will play a crucial role in the delivery of RGRE’s extensive pipeline of projects including the six million square foot Glass Bottle mixed development of commercial and residential property in Sandymount, Dublin 4 which the group is developing with Oaktree Capital Management, L.P. and Lioncor; the nearby 1.5m sq ft Waterfront site on the Liffey’s north quays which includes the new 400,000 sq ft Citi offices; the 600,000 sq ft 1NWQ development with Landfair Capital; and the €5 billion Bremore Port scheme in Co Meath with the potential for a sustainable deep water facility larger than Dublin Port 15 miles from the city centre along the Dublin Belfast economic corridor.
