Recruitment process nowadays is failed. You have to make 1 call with HR, 1 introductory call with the client, have 2 technical interviews and still not get hired, because yeah : We moved forward with a senior applicant. So if you are looking someone senior, just don't put middle developers through 6 stages, give them good feedback about the first technical interview, and then disqualify them. It doesn't make sense to have a recruitment process last more than one month, give good feedback to the applicant, let the person wait and then tell them you are not hired. #sorrynotsorry #candidateexperience
