Last week, I joined the misco Talks Report on Training Practices in Organisations, where they shared the latest findings and featured the presence of Nick Koutris from LinkedIn. It was interesting to see that employees in Malta expect training to cover not just technical skills, but also work-life and soft skills. The session was a great reminder that training is so much more than traditional coach-led sessions. It includes cross-training, performance reviews, feedback, simulations, and recognition, mainly given by good leaders.
