Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Workday certification is preferred. Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience as a Workday Administrator or in a similar HRIS role. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Workday HCM modules (Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent Management, etc.), strong understanding of HR processes, and experience with Workday reporting and analytics. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data and system configurations, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective solutions. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing system issues. Project Management: Experience managing projects, including system upgrades, implementations, or process improvements.

Role: Workday HCM Location: Remote Contract Job Description: · Would be a supplemental resource in the Workday HCM space, working on a variety of projects and configuration elements as needed/prioritized by leaders; in some instances, would need to develop an understanding of the business outcomes required to develop/recommend a technical solution within Workday. · Configuration would be in support of the overall organizational transformation – to include items such as business sector hierarchy design/setup, termination process/severance config, custom fields/org creation and solution design, security set up, business process design/config, etc. · Skills/Qualifications needed · 5+ years Workday HCM advanced config experience (not just Tier 1 support experience) · Knowledgeable in creation of advanced calc fields, condition rules, BP definitions, BP and domain security (does not need to be an expert here, but needs a strong baseline level of knowledge), custom fields & orgs, org hierarchy creation, & custom reports. · Demonstrated skills in application delivery, relationship management, delivering results, business knowledge, intuition and judgment, high cross-cultural awareness and sensitivity, strong communication/collaboration. · Experience working in a complex, global organization. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business needs and translate them into technical solutions. · Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and compliance. · Ability to work in a virtual team which may work across distance (remote), cultures and time zones, in a matrix with multiple reporting lines.
