Looking for Operators to join our team in Abraaj! Job Responsibilities: ▪ Operations of machines ▪ Protect the Core by ensuring and sustaining safety operation, product quality and records accuracy. ▪ Report any defects or issues to production manager and supervisors. ▪ Operates, Inspects and maintains the production lines and working areas, in accordance with the applicable standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). In case of deviation, He repairs the deviation by restoring it to basic conditions, when repair is not possible notifies/escalates and follows up. ▪ Ensures and promotes a positive Safety and Quality culture and adherence to all Company principles and policies as well as local laws and regulations of all manufactured products, reinforces the safety culture through actions and attitude. ▪ Optimize Manufacturing Costs by driving performance improvement activities. ▪ Has a clear ownership and accountability for maintaining and improving the performance of the production lines and working areas to achieve factory targets (including Safety, Quality, Environment, Cost and Service level) ▪ Analyses and eliminates losses in the line by using problem solving tools and understanding the relation between equipment, process, and quality product. ▪ Able to operate multiple technologies and supporting different operating areas. ▪ Fosters a continuous improvement culture, collaborates with peer Production Team/Area Operators, supports cross-fertilization of manufacturing best practices, knowledge, standards, and improvements across the production lines and working areas.
