As a medical student at KCH home to the world famous liver unit we saw several of these cases during our clinical training I remember arriving at Charing X for my clinical finals when the adulicator asked me where I was from he became flustered and quickly looked down his case sheet and I ended up with psychiatric long case I suspect that my original case was HPB
