If you're interested in advocating for Indigenous people, I encourage the following options: 1. Recognize what Native land you're on 2. Participate in Native American cultural events 3. Explore Native American Cuisine 4. Read Native American literature 5. Listen to Native American podcasts 6. Support Native American art and artists 7. Engage with Native American communities 8. Create a broader public awareness of the history that has led to this moment. Even after this month is over, Native history is American history and heritage!
