The key to leadership success in business, especially for cybersecurity professionals, is in a commitment to remaining adaptable. There will always be new challenges, disruptions, and innovations. When one of these unforeseen circumstances throws a wrench in your plan, transformative leaders are able to rise above these challenges and provide clarity to their team. In embracing adaptability, you can be a guiding light that keeps your team on track. Being a parent has helped me improve this skill more than anything else. Kids do not agree with your plans, especially as teenagers, and never get sick at a convenient time.
