Is 33YO Considered Too Young In India For Leadership Positions? Elevating Leadership Through Competence and Integrity: A moderated discussion was recently concluded at New Delhi for Business/Corporate Leaders which underscores the importance of leadership that is driven by merit and dedication, rather than being mired in petty politics. I firmly believe in fostering a performance-oriented environment where talent and diligence are recognised and celebrated. However being confronted with a situation where age and unfounded concerns overshadowed the contributions, it served as a reminder that we must not let anything cloud the path to progress. Reinforcing that true leadership is about empowering and fostering an environment where excellence thrives. It's about championing the right skillset and dedication, regardless of age or background. I'm excited to share that I've been nominated as a 𝗩𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗮 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗘𝗿𝗮 𝗼𝗳 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 as part of the #LeadershipRedefined movement by the female factor Global. This nomination is a personal honor but it's also a call to action to reshape the landscape of leadership, understanding that the key element for true leadership is 𝗦𝗘𝗥𝗩𝗜𝗡𝗚. 🎖 Honorees will be announced in fall 2024 on the New Era of Leaders website and social media channels as well as in "the lead" magazine, right in time for the leaders summit that will take place in #Vienna in September 2024. As grateful as I am for this opportunity, the reality is that it doesn’t really matter if I win this award or not.
