BROKERS ARE NOT YOUR FREE TOURIST GUIDES! Many visitors want to visit the boat shows just to look around, see some cool boats, visit some yachts to get inspired, and overall have a nice day or weekend doing something they love! #yachts But they are not necessarily there to buy, they just want to browse around and have fun. But brokers are there to sell yachts and their time is limited! In one day, they probably can only schedule about 4-6 yacht tours. They need to focus their time on real buyers (who are buying now and not in 3 years!) This is where I come in, as a superyacht consultant, I do #educational and #fun tours of the show where you get to learn about the history of shipyards, compare new models, learn about yachts and about the superyacht industry in general and visit yachts without the guilt of wasting the broker's time. Tours include tickets to the show, yacht visits, entertainment parties, VIP tables, private transport, hotel bookings, private jet bookings, the helicopter from Nice to Monaco and all your lifestyle needs! Once you are ready to buy and negotiate a specific yacht, I would recommend you, to contact your broker (or I can introduce you to one) to make the purchase! but if you just want to VISIT THE SHOW BUT DON'T BUY A YACHT, this is what I am here for! I have great #references of people I've done this for so feel free to reach out! Contact me to learn more about it. If you are a #broker, if you have a client who you feel may be "wasting your time" and you don't have time to show him/her around, you can focus on your hot buyers, and you can send those "cold leads" to me (we can sign a non circumvent agreement if you want) and I can educate them about your company, brand ( I know track record sales, etc) put in a good word for you, and once they are serious they can contact you. Next upcoming yacht shows: Croatia Ft Lauderdale Dubai Miami Palm Beach Book your educational yacht show tours now!

Yacht chartering isn’t like booking accommodation—it’s a bit more complex. For starters, yachts move. Unlike villas, hotels, or most accommodation types, many luxury yachts don’t operate from a fixed mooring or port. They travel, often seasonally, between different regions. A common migratory track for luxury yachts is the Mediterranean in the summer and the Caribbean in the winter. But there’s a new player in the yachting world: Asia. (I’ll explain why in another post.) What’s important is that an increasing number of yachts are now visiting the region, and many are available for charter in select countries. The challenge? Knowing where these yachts will be—and when. This is where Boataffair comes in. With an extensive inventory and network of yachts, Boataffair ensures you can find the perfect yacht for your needs, wherever and whenever you want. This isn’t something you can simply “Google.” It requires a deep understanding of both the yachts themselves and the people behind them. If you’re looking for a one-of-a-kind yachting experience check out what's on www.boataffair.com. And if you’re exploring Asia, the Pacific, or Australasia, Boataffair Asia Pacific works closely with Boataffair to provide on-the-ground support and expert advice for your charter plans. Worth noting not all the available charters are on the website. Several are kept for on demand requests only. Basically, these are presented if there is a good 'match' with an enquiry. Get in touch to learn a little more.

Barbados Kicks Off Cruise Season With First-Ever Visit By New Ritz-Carlton Yacht Cruise season is now underway in Barbados, and the island kicked things off with a major new arrival: Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection’s Ilma ship. The brand-new 224-suite boutique ship made its first call in Bridgetown last week. “The Ritz-Carlton brand is globally recognised as a leader in luxury, hospitality and service excellence, so to have the Ilma call on the Port of Bridgetown is indicative of the strides made in reinforcing Barbados’ status as a premier destination,” said Francine Blackman, Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Tourism and International Transport. The island’s cruise industry is in a very good place, according to recent data. Through November, Barbados saw a 23 percent increase in cruise ship arrivals, with 649,125 total cruise arrivals in the first 11 months of 2023 (data is not yet in for the full year). Ilma’s visit was followed by calls from Norwegian Breakaway, MV Viking Sea and MS Amadea, which combined brought another 6,101 passengers to Barbados. Demand for small-ship cruises, particularly ultra-luxe... https://lnkd.in/e5AP6N4k
