In the ever-shifting world of Human Resources, where the line between being a friend and a professional can sometimes blur, Deepa has found a way to walk that tightrope with remarkable poise. We met Deepa Treesa Thomas while looking out for a Jr. HR executive and we’ve never seen someone who is so apt for this role. While most HR professionals might lean too heavily on being one side of the spectrum—either too close to the employees or too distant from them Deepa managed to strike a delicate balance. With her innate ability to read the room, knowing what to focus on and what to let slide, She could filter out the noise, leaving behind only what was important. If the issue wasn’t worth the bandwidth, she let it go without hesitation after all, HR is about efficiency, not becoming embroiled in every tiny hiccup. With an ambivert personality, she knew when to step into the limelight and when to take a backseat. Deepa quickly made a name for herself at Iroid, not just as a capable HR professional, but as someone who could pull off roles outside her purview. When the senior HR manager took a break, Deepa wasted no time stepping up to fill the gap. Her confidence wasn’t just born from experience it was the product of her razor-sharp instincts and her fast learning ability. Her fresher experience might have suggested she was still finding her footing, but in reality, she was already running circles around others who had been in the field for much longer. With her mix of smarts and heart, she's always on point, never overstepping but always stepping up making Deepa the obvious pick as our next Human of iROID. #humansofiroid #employee #iroidtechnologies
