If I measure one side of a box, do I know enough to use it? 📦 Likely not! You gotta measure the other sides too. The same goes for proteins really. 👨🔬 In case you don't know me: I measure distances on single protein molecules, with a very tiny "ruler". 🔬 Like the box problem, I sometimes need to place these distances in a context of other distances. With our new method iMAX FRET, this is possible with barely any extra effort, paving the way to neat new applications in protein structure studies.
