The COO-Transformation office is at the center of a multi-billion-dollar transformation that is shaping the future of the company and will continue over the next coming years. The COO Transformation In Business Risk & Controls team is seeking a strategic professional with executive presentation and communication skills, risk & controls experience, as well as regulatory engagement and project management skills. Skills: Must excel in development of presentation materials and communication of key risk and control messaging across various levels of Management, including at the Executive Management level. Must have analytical inquisitiveness and problem-solving ability; must be able to sift through complexity/reporting/large sets of data and interpret and identify issues clearly.Build effective business relationships to influence key actionable strategies that drive COO Transformation.Must have an ability to ask insightful questions, independently break analytical and business challenges into workable components and draw meaningful conclusions.Must excel at and prioritize memorialization of artifacts relevant to demonstration of sustained and complete process execution (e.g., procedures, meeting minutes, proof of closure of action items, etc.).Participate in regulatory and stakeholder engagement by supporting overseeing regulatory exams, regulatory responses, and interactions with regulatorsMust be flexible to adapt to the changing needs or the organization during the distinct phases of Citi's Transformation.Demonstrated ability to think strategically and 'connect the dots,' yet be detail-oriented, and manage multiple competing priorities including emerging risks to deliver solutions in an effective control environment.Must be able to influence key partners and be persuasive while working with cross-functional groups that do not report directly to the organization.Ability to collaborate with and lead others to achieve business objectives; Must be able to work with multi-disciplinary teams from different regions.Ability to communicate effectively with senior management within COO Transformation and cross functional organizations, particularly with people from different geographies and cultures.Proven ability to work and navigate day to day activities independently.Supports planning, directing and coordination of day-to-day activities of running a projectIdentifies and drives resolution of issues, including those outside established project / program.Works with stakeholders to ensure project / program scope
