The ideal candidate will coordinate with customers on strategy and progress, direct critical activities in telecommunications, IT, and cyber security, and manage third-party design and construction contractors. Responsibilities include developing technical standards, conducting risk assessments, and applying advanced engineering techniques and industry best practices.
