Do you still BBQ in the winter?? I DO! Here's few tips to help you this winter season: 1) Dress for the weather!! 2) Check your grill first, just in case some little critter decided to get in your BBQ to stay out of the elements. 3) And of course, make sure you have enough propane. 4) Make sure to cook in an open space. 5) Keep a fire extinguisher near by, since in winter you wouldn't have the hose out, just in case of flareups. 6) Grill will need more time to preheat, give yourself time. 7) Keep the lid closed as much as possible to keep the heat and eliminate exposure to the elements. 8) Use a digital thermometer if you have one, this is great to use in winter. 9) Preheat a serving tray to prevent your food from cooling down too quick.
