Wash and rinse the black sesame seeds, then drain them well. 2. Pour the black sesame seeds into the Robot Cook with a fine serrated blade and set it to 800-speed stir fry at 70°C until they are dry and release their aroma. 3. Add two cups of water and rice flour. Set the Robot Cook to 3500 speed and blend until smooth (approximately 30 seconds to a minute). 4. Add water, rock sugar and heat over low heat at 70°C, setting the speed-600 until the mixture thickens and the sugar is melted. Then, increase the heat to 100°C. 5. Place the salmon skin-side down and cook for 5 minutes, then flip and cook for another 2–5 minutes. Transfer the salmon to a plate. 2.) In the same skillet, add butter, honey, soy sauce, and lime juice (and lime zest if desired). Stir and cook over medium heat for a few minutes until the glaze thickens. Adjust flavors as needed and cook for an additional minute or two if you prefer a thicker glaze. 3.) Return the salmon to the skillet and spoon the sauce over it.
