True Victory is Etched in Hearts In a world where many try to pull you down, it's important to remember that you always have yourself and universe will do what’s right for you at the moment . Good deeds & Karma is like a boomerang. Never give up. While medals and awards are tangible symbols of achievement, the true measure of victory is the impact you leave on people's hearts. This is beautifully exemplified by the inspiring story of Vinesh Phogat. Despite giving a stellar performance, she faced disqualification at the last moment. Whether it was due to conspiracy or circumstance, her spirit and dedication remain untarnished. She will go get what’s right for her 🏅👸 Vinesh Phogat's journey teaches us that true victory is not defined by medals, but by resilience, perseverance, and the ability to inspire millions. Let us strive to achieve victories that resonate beyond physical accolades and leave a lasting impression on the world. #Inspiration #Resilience #TrueVictory #VineshPhogat #Leadership #Perseverance #PersonalGrowth

𝖱𝖾𝖽𝖾𝖾𝗆𝖾𝖽 𝗍𝗈 𝖱𝖾𝗂𝗀𝗇 𝖺𝗌 𝖺 𝖶𝗈𝗇𝖽𝖾𝗋 𝗍𝗈 𝖮𝗎𝗋 𝖶𝗈𝗋𝗅𝖽 As I reflect on the journey of life, one profound truth resonates deeply within me: we are redeemed to reign as wonders in our world. Redemption is not just about being saved; it's about being restored to a place of influence, purpose, and excellence. Each of us has a unique story, a set of experiences that have shaped us. But what truly sets us apart is 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙯𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙧𝙚𝙙𝙚𝙢𝙥𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙞𝙨 𝙢𝙚𝙖𝙣𝙩 𝙩𝙤 𝙥𝙤𝙨𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙪𝙨 𝙖𝙨 𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙨, 𝙞𝙣𝙣𝙤𝙫𝙖𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙨, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙘𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙚-𝙢𝙖𝙠𝙚𝙧𝙨. We are not here to merely exist; we are here to make a difference, to leave a lasting impact on our communities, industries, and the world at large. Being redeemed to reign means stepping into our purpose with confidence, knowing that we are equipped with everything we need to succeed. It’s about embracing the challenges and opportunities before us with a mindset that we are destined for greatness. Let us all strive to be wonders in our respective fields, using our gifts and talents to uplift others and create a positive impact. Together, we can transform our world, one step at a time. 💡 This week, I've been reflecting on a valuable skill I acquired in a previous role: GRIT. Defined by Angela Duckworth as “the ability to have passion and perseverance to achieve long-term goals,” grit is essential in both our professional and personal lives. Over the past month, I’ve had to draw on this skill during a challenging personal period. It served as a powerful reminder of its importance, especially as we approach the final quarter of 2024. Many companies are now pushing hard to reach their annual goals, and that’s where grit comes into play. When teams embody grit, they cultivate an environment where innovative solutions thrive, enabling them to navigate obstacles effectively. Together, they not only overcome challenges but also move closer to their objectives. If you're interested in exploring this concept further, I highly recommend Angela Duckworth’s TED talk. It’s both insightful and inspiring!t #leadership #grit #softskills

Business Manager | HR Professional | Coach | Public Speaker | I help students and young professionals discover and fulfill their purpose through coaching, mentorship, leadership training and public speaking.
It is very good to celebrate success, milestones and our small wins; but we shouldn't live on it and be satisfied with past accomplishments and glory. Dr. Myles Munroe said "Never accept success as a lifestyle—it is but a phase. Never accept an accomplishment as the end—it is but a mark in the process." He also said, "There are many selves within you that lie dormant, untapped and unused." "The tragedy of life begins the minute we begin to settle down and be satisfied with what we have. This makes us lose the possibility of revealing what is really inside us. Too often we die without exploring the gifts, abilities, and successes that lay hidden within us. Our thoughts, ideas, and possibilities are not used. We fail to realize the vast potential that is stored within us. We are like batteries in a radio that is never played—our potential is wasted." Dr. Myles Munroe Strive to be better than you do yesterday. Aim to raise about your current level. Don't settle less. Push yourself to do well. Push your limits. #potential #intentionalliving #leadership

One of the most important life lessons I’ve learnt is to understand the profound impact a sense of urgency has on setting the achievers apart from the rest. The difference between those who lead and those who follow often boils down to this singular trait. The one percent who influence our culture, our thoughts, and our environment do so not just through talent or intellect, but through an unparalleled drive and urgency. Historical figures like Alexander the Great and Napoleon understood this deeply. Their successes were equally due to the might of their armies as well as the urgency in their leadership style. Similarly, in the realms of art and music, geniuses like Rembrandt, Van Gogh, and Beethoven pushed themselves to the brink of madness, driven by an urgent need to express and create. This comes down to the environments we are nurtured in and the choices we make. I've seen in my own life how easy it is to become complacent, resting on past successes. However, to truly achieve and continue growing, one must look beyond the accolades and criticisms, focusing solely on the drive to do more, to be more. A sense of urgency is what separates the monumental from the mediocre. It's a reminder to us all: to achieve greatness, we must act with conviction, push beyond our boundaries, and never let the fire within us dim. #LifeLessons #SenseOfUrgency #Leadership #Achievement#PersonalGrowth

The Power of Grit: A Key to Success I recently watched Angela Lee Duckworth’s TED Talk on Grit: The Power of Passion and Perseverance, and it truly resonated with me. Grit—the combination of passion and perseverance—stands out as a key factor in achieving long-term success. In my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with many talented young professionals, and what consistently sets the best apart is not just their skills, but their grit. It’s that relentless pursuit of excellence, the ability to push through challenges, and the commitment to growth, regardless of setbacks. Talent is important, but it’s the growth mindset and sheer determination that transform potential into real achievement. My advice to young professionals: if you want to excel, you must dig deep. Nothing worthwhile ever comes without effort and sacrifice. Angela Lee Duckworth: Grit: The power of passion and perseverance https://lnkd.in/dcWXmytC #Leadership #Grit #GrowthMindset #Perseverance
