Ellevate Network, a community of women that helps its members find meaningful work through local networking events and roundtables, named IM Senior Associate Alexandra Lolavar, PhD, their Woman of the Month for January. We are grateful for Alexandra’s contributions to science, conservation, and community impact both inside and outside of Isaacson, Miller. 

🌟 Celebrating Our 2024 Woman of the Month: Alexandra! 🌟 The Ellevate Miami | Fort Lauderdale chapter is thrilled to honor Alexandra, a true leader in science, conservation, and community impact! 🔬 Her Inspiring Journey: With over a decade of experience, Alexandra has dedicated her career to advancing organizations that drive meaningful change. As an Executive Search Consultant at Isaacson, Miller, she recruits exceptional leaders in STEM and conservation, drawing inspiration from the diverse missions of those she connects with. Previously, Alexandra coordinated research programs at FAU lab schools, creating life-changing opportunities for young scientists. Her PhD in Integrative Biology reflects her passion for environmental preservation, with groundbreaking research on climate change's impact on Florida’s sea turtles. 🌱 Making an Impact in the Community: Board Member, Friends of Okeeheelee Nature Center Former Board Member, Sea Turtle Rehabilitation Center Advocate for sustainability and education 💬 Her Thoughts on Ellevate: "I was searching for a space where motivated women could share their experiences and learn from each other.
