“This is going to add a whole other incentive bonus for our intern program!!” I took a client on a tour yesterday to one of our amazing communities we partner with. As soon as she stepped into the apartment, she spoke about the benefits of having a housing partner with National. As the demand for top talent continues to grow, providing a positive intern experience is more important than ever. At National Corporate Housing, we understand that the right housing can make a huge difference in how interns adapt to and thrive in their roles. So much truth here on interns and housing! I have seen students walk away from good fit internships/companies solely because they could not afford the housing and/or were not in a position to move all their things and setup in a new place. What a student is willing and able to do on relocation for an internship is not the same as for regular placement after graduation.
