Fell for the hype. I visited this spot on Sunday and saw at least 100 people waiting in queue for an hour to eat benne dosas. It’s the latest viral place in Mumbai for dosa lovers. They have a unique system to limit the supply, serving only in the evenings from 5 PM to midnight, and they are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. You place your order using a kiosk machine that assigns a unique Bangalore-inspired name to each order. Ours was "Army School Anushka," while the coolest one we saw was "KGF Rocky." You get your food within minutes since it's an open kitchen with chefs working non-stop. The taste is impressive, especially compared to local dosas. Interestingly, the place is run by a group of educated young individuals in their late 20s. Since we had plenty of time while waiting for our turn, we started to analyse their business model, starting a restaurant is something many people want to do, even though about 80% of them fail. - Average order size: ₹300 - Number of customers: 600 (~100 per hour) - Daily revenue: 300 * 600 = ₹1.8lakhs. - Monthly revenue: ₹1.8 lakhs * 22 = ₹21.6 lakhs. PS: I don't know the actual numbers. I saw mostly couples and friends coming to this place, and some traveled from far places like Colaba and Thane (Me :P). With the average shop rent in Bandra being upwards of ₹1.5 lakhs per month and other cost. Can they maintain the same footfall? Love the branding.

Croma This is regarding an air conditioner that I purchased from Croma Indore Store on dated 28th May 2022 and on 19th April 2023 I purchased a Croma Zipcare extension warranty of 2 years (from 28th May 2023 to 28th May 2025) via Croma Online Portal. But now, when I m going to logged the complaint for AC repairing Croma service team said that it is not under warranty cover and while I was called to croma customer care (18005727662), they said it is under warranty because of this confusion with the croma internal team. I am not getting the services. In that case , I have asked two questions. Why you are not covering the AC product ,if I have purchased the Croma Zipcare paln ? If it is not covered, ,please refund my money of Rs. 4916, which I was paid at the time of buying the Zipcare extension warranty ? But the Team are denied for both options; they are not covering my product under warranty and also not refunding my amount of Rs. 4916 (which I was paid for ZIP care warranty) ?
