What an amazing experience at the AMA Atlanta "True Customer Connections" event! It was crazy to hear from leaders across major brands like Tropical Smoothie Cafe, Zaxby's Franchising LLC's, Papa Johns, RaceTrac, and IHG Hotels & Resorts. A key takeaway was the emphasis on using data to deeply understand customers and provide personalized value and experiences. As Taylor Richardson put it, "How do we give them a sense of southern hospitality? How do they feel like we understand them and we're providing value?" I may not work in loyalty marketing directly, getting this inside glimpse into data-driven loyalty strategies at major companies was truly fascinating. #loyaltymarketing #customerexperience #personalization #datadrivenmarketing
