We are proud to announce that our ISPT Core Fund has received global ESG recognition by GRESB for its sustainability leadership in 2023, with a #1 peer ranking in the Development benchmark for the third year in a row. Our ISPT Core Fund also received Regional Sector Leader status in a further two categories, as well as the highest GRESB rating of 5 Stars alongside our IRAPT and 50 Lonsdale St Property Trusts, outperforming peers and the GRESB averages respectively. The results coincide with the release of our FY23 ESG Report, which includes a 60% reduction in total emissions since 2020 as well as significant progress towards our 2025 ESG Flag on the Hill targets. Chief Sustainability Officer Steven Peters announced, “The global GRESB peer recognition and sector leader results are testament to ISPT’s ESG Strategy delivering market leading outperformance against industry ESG benchmarks. We are committed to delivering a pathway to Carbon Positive, as our team evolves our strategy towards 2030 and beyond.” CEO Chris Chapple commented, “These strong results coincide with our achievements in many areas of ESG including decarbonisation and electrification, our increased investment in social impact initiatives, and the continuation of our Reconciliation Action Plan. By executing our ESG Strategy with ambition, we are delivering better outcomes for our investors, partners and people.” Read more on our FY2023 ESG Report and latest GRESB results https://lnkd.in/dPUSA6_g #GRESBResults #GRESB #ESG #sustainability #isptcorefund #iraptpropertytrust #50lonsdaletrust Matthew Brown Brett Williams Andrew Fellowes Kate Mathewson Simon Baird Anna Kang Erwin Ho
