Its time to consider recalibrating or even reinventing cyber security leadership to drive true effectiveness. Breaches happen, but I feel to some extent they have almost been normalised as an inevitable reality. I argue two things here; 1. Breaches may still happen but their extent can be minimised, 2. We need to change our "inevitable" narrative and; 3. Replace it as a consequence only after we have driven the fundamentals Let's talk strategically about breaking technical silos, and how security leaders can take a strategic position in their organisation.
